Eyewear retailer Optik Tunggal is partnering with Yayasan Anyo Indonesia to assist children diagnosed with cancer. The company made donations from the purchase of each bundled package containing any model from French eyewear brand Agnès b and Zeiss lenses. The program, which ran from September 21 to October 31, was conducted at all Optik Tunggal’s 100 branches across Indonesia. All donations go to Yayasan Anyo Indonesia, a foundation focused on helping children with cancer. The foundation, established in 2013, provides a temporary home for children, especially from less fortunate families, who are fighting cancer. At the launch of the program, Optik Tunggal also introduced the Agnès b line of eyewear, which it distributes exclusively in Indonesia. Optik Tunggal was established in 1929 and targets upper- and middle-income consumers. It has one affiliate, Sunglass Planet. Optik Tunggal aims to have 175 branches and 25 Zeiss Vision Centers by 2020. The company is currently licensed to distribute eyewear from popular international brands such as Levi’s, IC Berlin, Agnès b, New Balance, Burberry and many more.
