The Indonesian Fashion Designers Council, or IPMI, presented its 2019 trend show at The Hall in Senayan City shopping mall in South Jakarta on Nov. 13-14.
This was the 32nd trend show by the association, founded in Jakarta in 1985.
It provided a platform for prominent names in the fashion and lifestyle industries to show off their take on next year's fashion trends.
Studio One organized the two-day event, presented in cooperation with the Creative Economy Agency (Bekraf), Jakarta Fashion and Food Festival, Bakti Budaya Djarum Foundation, Delifrance and SaladStop Indonesia. Senayan City provided the venue, while LT PRO was responsible for makeup and hairdos. Styl.id supported the event as official media partner.
Didi Budiardjo, Liliana Lim, Mel Ahyar, Tri Handoko and Yogie Pratama were among the designers who showed off their creations during the show.
Like previous years, IPMI Trend Show 2019 also featured Made in Indonesia, which saw designers – both IPMI members and non-members – display their products.
